The outer floor consists of a single piece of galvanized sheet, while the inner floor consists of two doors placed one above the other. If the grain occupancy rate in the silo exceeds the entrance door on the silo side wall, the observation cover on the roof provides access to the wiper. The temperature control system used allows us to detect hot areas and insect activity, saving our customers the trouble of reloading grain conditions on the monitor. The temperature control system consists of heat cables, temperature sensors placed inside the cables and measuring the temperature of the grain, and portable or fixed temperature monitors. There are special steel ropes inside the heat cables that protect the cables against elongation. The temperature control system is combined with the PLC, allowing the temperature of the grain in the silo to be controlled in the pleura.
